At Restored By Moi, we want to make sure shopping at our Restored Furniture Store is as enjoyable as possible. That’s why we’ve worked hard to make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. You can find a full outline of our policies below. Please note that all my pieces have been pre-owned with care and are solid wood unless noted. Because the furniture has had previous use there will be perfect flaws and/or imperfections but, nothing that takes away from the perfectly restored piece.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If there's an issue with your order please contact me ASAP.

PROCESSING TIME: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

LOCAL/STATE TAXES: Buyers are responsible for taxes on each item purchased.

SHIPPING: Shipping is free unless noted. All items are stretch, bubble and blanket wrapped for safe arrival to your door step. Unfortunately, there are rare occasions when I am unable to locate a shipper with the estimate given. If this is the case a full refund is given ASAP. Shipping is via USHIP. If you desire to locate your own shipper please contact me for a discounted price.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: I am not responsible for any damage during transit. The shipping company used are solely responsible for any lost or damaged items and the BUYER must file a claim with their company. I can only forward any information/pictures to assist you with the claim.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
In order to prolong the life of your furniture, you must care for it regularly.
DAMP MICROFIBER CLOTHS ONLY:
Do NOT use harsh chemicals. Use warm water/mild soap/white vinegar 3-4 weeks after receiving your piece. Wipe according to the pattern of the wood. Use a dry, lint free cloth after cleaning. Immediately clean up spills to prevent water damage. Always use coasters, plate settings etc.

Each piece of furniture is sealed with Clear Protective Coats but, you still must maintain your beautifully restored furniture.
